The active inventory in South Lake Tahoe has dropped to 16 Single family homes, down slightly from last week.
There was a great price reduction on 2495 Fountain (From $264,900 to $229,900) in Sierra Tract neighborhood. Really a nice property and at the end of a street in the backside of Sierra Tract, sCo not a lot of through traffic, it’s near the trails, open area, etc.

A great deal to be sure to look at that just came on the market today is 851 Los Angeles Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 for $149,900 in Al Tahoe neighborhood! This is likely going to have multiple offers and my guess is go for well over asking price.
