We just updated our Top 10 home deals of the week and you can go to www.tahoehomedeals.com to view. Again, you’ll notice the focus is on bank owned properties but the banks are pricing them aggressively to sell so that appears to be the best deals on the market for the most part with the exception of some motivated sellers who are pricing at the same levels!

2419 Lupine Trail is not a bank owned but a great fixer upper deal in a good neighborhood
