This centrally located neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe is one of the oldest. Mostly older cabins and homes are interspersed with some newer homes in this highly sought after area. Al Tahoe is adjacent to Regan Beach and a meadow. It is located close enough to Heavenly and Stateline to make it an easy walk if you desire but it also has the forest and beach feel even though it is in the center of town.

As the lists restricts us to posting from one property type (single family or multi-family) we limit it to single family but there are two VERY good multi family homes available in Al Tahoe, just blocks from the beach and both units under $290,000. One is a 4-plex and the lower priced one is a duplex with 2000+ sq ft, two garages and priced at $249K!!
