In the past 5 years we have helped over 171 families and individuals realize their goal of selling or buying their home.  We dedicate 100% of our time and energy to serving our clients needs which has led to over 84% of our business being generated from referrals from happy clients, friends and family.

Our team is used to accommodating many different needs within the home buying process & we each have our areas of expertise:

Michelle Morrison, having been exclusively a buyers agent during the first 3 years of her career, she developed a highly evolved update system to help our buyers stay on top of the market conditions and best home deals. In the past few years, with her background in sociology, she has evolved into working more with our sellers and how to best market our properties in an ever changing world of internet marketing exposure opportunities. REO, bank & short sale experience have provided her with the ability to not only advise clients on good bank owned investments but also in foreclosure avoidance.

Colleen Manzer, has over 19 years of residential real estate experience that she puts to use for our clients, no matter what the focus of the sale is–buying, selling or exchanging. Colleen’s expertise is extensive in all areas of real estate having done over 500 transactions during the course of career but she has unique experience and background in 1031 tax deferred exchange experience to help any investor with getting through the process easily. She obtained her Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) in the mid-90’s along with her (GRI) Graduate of the Realtor Institute and is constantly attending real estate seminars to stay on top of the latest trends and industry knowledge out there to assist our clients.

Heather Duquette is the buyer’s specialist of our team who is dedicated to finding the right home for each of our buyers.  She spends the majority of her time focusing on showing property, touring new homes on the market and staying on top of the extensive inventory of homes in our market area and singling out the best deals. With dedicating her time and energy exclusively to buyers she is able to spend the majority of her time matching our buyers needs with the homes available on the market, updating them when there is a great new listing or a  major price reduction. The best deals occur when you are the first to know about them and her goal is to make sure our clients do.
