Commercial Real Estate “Hole in the Ground” update

The Tahoe Daily Tribune carried a recent article on the Convention center stall at stateline, commonly referred to as “the hole in the ground” since construction stopped awhile back on the site.

It appears it is going to be a hole in the ground for a bit longer as the developer has filed bankruptcy.
