Well if you didn’t need another reason to buy here in Lake Tahoe. Here are three more reasons.

This last month TripAdvisor.com rated Lake Tahoe as the number one travel site based on millions of travelers worldwide. Winners were determined by TripAdvisors travelers favorite places and overall popularity.

Orbitz.com also ranked Tahoe the Number one destination for hotel and vacation packages between November 20,2007 and May 1, 2008.

Smart Money ranked Lake Tahoe in the number four spot for a place to own a summer home. One of the reasons that Smart Money ranked Tahoe number four was because it’s a great climate to buy with the economic downturn in California. They are predicting that homes will spring back when the economy stabilizes. There are some wonderful opportunities now.
