We just updated our Top 10 home deals of the week and you can go to www.tahoehomedeals.com to view. Again, you’ll notice the focus is on bank owned properties but the banks are pricing them aggressively to sell so that appears to be the best deals on the market for the most part with the exception of some motivated sellers who are pricing at the same levels!

The home at 1472 Glen Eagles should go quick and you should call for more info on this one…the photos do not do it justice and if you are interested I went and took additional interior photos for some of my interested buyers.
The home on 15th Street under $700,000 for a home in the Tahoe Keys with a boat dock! That is a great deal and a great summer location and has great potential as a vacation rental.
